From Leyburn

Take the A684 to Hawes where you’ll join a small one way system cobbled street. At the end of the cobbled street the HSBC bank is on your right and you’ll see the Chaste Restaurant ahead, turn right down the slight downhill (as if coming back on yourself). On your left you will see the Laburnum Tea Room. Immediately after passing the tea room you will see a narrow lane with a Loxley House sign at ground level – turn left here. Loxley House is just a few yards straight ahead.

 

From Sedburgh/Ingleton

Take the A684 to Hawes. Follow the road through Hawes market place, you will see Barclays Bank and the Chaste Restaurant on your left at which point the road forks left onto the small one way system which is on a slight downhill. On your left you will see the Laburnum Tea Room. Immediately after passing the tea room you will see a narrow lane with a Loxley House sign at ground level – turn left here. Loxley House is just a few yards straight ahead.
