*A £15 supplement per room per night is applicable for single occupancy on Fridays & Saturdays.
Prices are at 2010 rates and are per room per night including breakfast.

We request a £20 non-refundable deposit per room by way of a cheque. The balance is payable in cash on departure. Unfortunately we do not have card payment facilities at this moment in time, however there are a couple of cash machines in Hawes for your convenience.
As we are a relatively small B&B, requests for a particular room on stays of 1 or 2 nights can be difficult but we will try our very best to allocate your preferred room upon your arrival where possible. You can request a particular room, if available, for stays of 3 nights or more.
